We kindly ask that parcels are handled with care once received, as each piece has been created to be kept for years to come.
Fulfilment & Delivery
Each piece is created through a considered, multi- stage process to ensure the highest quality finish. Prints are produced by a specialist fine art printing studio using archival materials, followed by inspection, hand signing and preparation for dispatch.
Total fulfilment time: 10-14 business days. Shipped with a tracked delivery service.

Return & Refund policy

All artwork and prints are carefully packaged and checked before dispatch to ensure secure shipping.
Due to the nature of original artwork and limited prints, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged items

In the rare event your order arrives with significant damage to the front-facing artwork or print, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
Clear photographs of the damage, photos of the packaging ( including box, tube or envelope ), your order details and any extra information. Once assessed, we will arrange a suitable resolution.
Lost or undelivered parcels

All orders are shipped using a tracked service. Once an item is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier.
If you believe it is missing: Check with household members, neighbours, or your local delivery office. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
We will always assist where possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customs and import fees

All international parcels are shipped with fully complete custom forms and documentation. All applicable import duties or taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. . We recommend checking with your local customs office for current rates and more information.
